Mini Beauty Haul
I did a little makeup order a few weeks before the lockdown happened in the UK and I've just got round to unboxing it all and thought I'd do a little haul of some of the bits I got!
First up is this gorgeous palette from Makeup Revolution, its the Roxi Colour Burst palette its full of the most perfect pastel colours for the Spring time. I had a play around with it the other day and I think it will turn into a new staple in my collection, I already use the Roxi Ride or Die palette which I LOVE I use it everyday for work. My favourite shades so far have to be Sky, Blue Lagoon, Botanical, Fetch and Constellations. The packaging also is stunning! Blue being my favourite colour I was drawn to it like a month to a flame.
I used the shades; Fetch and Sky to create this look!
Next up is yet another palette this time in the small snide from the Revolution collection they have called I heart Revolution. I picked one of the little Heart Breakers palettes in Lucky. Greens aren't normally a colour I got for but I really craved something different to play with and when I saw this I thought it would be the right place tp start. I haven't played aroung with this one yet but I will be over the nexr few days!
Next up is my staple false eyelashes that I always use. Ardell Demi Wispies the best lashes I have ever used and I have tried A LOT. I just love it looks on my eyes and compliments my eye shape the best out of most that I have tried.
Following on from there I also picked up a couple of lip liners in the shades Vampire and TGIF also from Revolution. I forgot to do a swatch, typical but one is a dark red shade and the other is dark brown shade. I have tried TGIF and the formula of these is so soft and creamy and they blend like a dream! 100% recommend!
Last couple things I picked from Revolution again lol, is the Conceal and Hydrate Foundation and the matching Concealar. I have used the foundation a couple months back but this is my first time trying the concealar with this formula. I think I like this over the Conceal and Define collection, mostly because of my skin type, this one suits mine a lot better and doesn't dry it out quite as fast.
Lastly I got my two old favourites from Benefit, Hello Happy Foundation and Roller Lash mascara. I've been using the foundation since it came out last summer, it actually reminds me of when my boyfriend and I got together because I brought the bottle down to his for the weekend and it was the first time I had tried it. It has a lovely finish and looks very natural on the skin which is what I always look for in a foundation. Roller Lash speaks for itself really its been around for 6 years now and still tops everything for me.
And that brings us to the end of this haul! I do have another one for other type of beauty products coming up in the coming weeks, so keep your eyes peeled!
Big Love
Rebecca
