Spring Skincare Favourites

My usual skincare routine tends to change depending on the season but I do normally carry on some of the usual favourites I have from previous rotuines because they're just that good!

Moving onto Spring now, my skin changes due to the pollins in the air and it actually starts to be a lot more easy to manage than in Winter. My favourite prdoucts at the moment do vary and I use different things for different times of the year.

I normally start my day with the Garnier Soothing Toner  I tried this about a month ago after I saw a viral twitter thread of someone's skincare routine which included this and they swore by it and now I do as well. It's not got an over powering smell of rose it's just enough to leave a soft scent on your skin. I have noticed my skin looks a lot brighter having used this consistantly for the past few weeks and I think it wil be a staple in my routine for a while. It has made me want to branch out and try other products from the range as well. This is also a part of my night routine after I have cleansed my skin.

After I use the toner I then go in with my Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream I love this for before applying makeup it makes my skin look a lot healthier and softer. Sometimes I'll go back and use it again as night cream and then other times I'll switch it up to something else.

Usually to take off my makeup I use my Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish which I have been using for year now and I swear by it. I just ran out last night so I'm unable to photograph it but the link is attached!

Some nights or on my days off I'll want to treat my skin to a little extra so I normally go for a face mask of sorts which I tend to also use in the bath as well. I love the Mad Beauty Disney Sheet Masks, they're a really fun thing to use but I also love how my skin looks and feels after using them and I even got my boyfriend using one with me too!

I'll normally move onto toner after these and right now I'm enjoying the Boots Tea Tree with Witch Hazel toning and cleansing lotion, I do suffer with bad breakouts every now and again and this stuff does help keep the redness and breakouts at bay. It's really affordable too and the range is always on a great 3 for 2 offer or special prices.

Next I use either of these two serums, one is the Revolution EGF Serum which honestly makes your skin feel brand new again, I am on my third bottle of this stuff now and I would recommend it to people who especially like me suffer with dry skin, it brings back all the moisture that gets lost. If I'm not  using that one I go to a dupe of the Pixie Rose Oil which is Aldi's own brand Lacura Healthy Glow Rose Oil, I like using this more when my skin has a lot of redness and I needs a little bit of a boost, it does have a strong scent so if you're not into that then I'd go for something different.

Lastly I use one of my holy grail brands which is Origins. I only discovered them really last year and dove them straight into my normal routine and now I am obsessed! I use their Ginzing Eye Cream before bed and then follow up with either my magic cream or the Ginzing Gel moisturizer. I can not tell you how many of the Gel moisturizers I have went through it's honestly too much to count at this point. I love love LOVE how my skin looks and feels with it, I feel like I look more bright and awake with it. I've used it consistanly enough now to see real results and I could not recommend it more.

What's everyone else loving at the moment? I love finding new skincare products to obsess over!

Big love
Rebecca
